Zack L. Kobilca (“Zack”) is a Managing Partner at Capital Property Group. Zack focuses on existing operations, business development, and leads the new venture pipeline.

Prior to starting Capital, Zack worked for a senior housing developer for a short timeframe and left to pursue his entrepreneurial spirit. Zack graduated from the University of Denver with a Real Estate and Marketing degree. He enjoys networking, traveling, and building companies. Outside of work, Zack enjoys skiing, golfing, and staying active.


