Hello everyone! My name is Wan Lim, Investment Advisor with Capital Property Group. I am passionate and driven to help everyone I can in buying and selling real estate. Just a little bit of information about me, I graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Hospitality Management, I love trying new things whether it be food or adventure.

Coming from a background in the hospitality industry, I enjoy talking to, being around, and most importantly assisting people. After all, what’s life without people! Always on the lookout for new experiences and a burning desire to satisfy my sense of adventure, traveling is a large part of my life. I am fortunate enough to have visited many amazing places and have no intention of slowing down. Hand in hand with traveling, I enjoy engulfing myself into new cultures, foods, and activities, unique or more commonplace, and that passion will be with me forever.

In the end, I am lucky to have been born in one of the greatest states in America. As a Colorado local, I don’t know any place I’d rather reside. Being somewhat of a world traveler, a little part of me always misses home and will always bring me right back to The Mile High City.

As a commercial real estate broker and investment advisor, I am simply here to help consult with buyers and sellers and ensure they are making the right investment decisions.
