Raul began his real estate career in 1997 and has helped families for over 20 years. During this time, he was also in the mortgage business, which helped enhance his vast knowledge of real estate transactions and what it takes to win in the real estate market. He loves what he does and enjoys watching the joy on people’s faces whether they are buying or selling a home.

Raul is a proud Denver Native and has been married to his wonderful wife for 28 years. They have 2 grown children (29-year-old son and our 26-year-old daughter) who are in Real Estate. Plus, two beautiful granddaughters and 1 grandson. Raul is involved in his local community church and enjoys playing outdoor & indoor sports such as basketball, coed softball, golf, horseshoes, volleyball, swim, biking, and of course family functions.

He grew up in Westwood (Southwest Denver) and is an Abraham Lincoln High School alumnus. He was raised by his mother who raised 6 kids on her own. “Life has its challenges but with those challenges come choices, and I believe we made the best choices and overcame adversity. As a result, we have a tight-knit family circle. We attended the Owen’s Boy’s and Girl’s club which was like a second home for us. We grew up in a tough community that shaped us to be better people along with the guidance of our strong beautiful mother.”
