Paul Hanson, an Investment advisor with Capital Property Group, is a Colorado native who specializes in multifamily sales throughout the state. Before joining Capital Property Group, Paul worked as an investment associate at a national real estate investment firm where his primary responsibilities included arranging the sale of numerous multifamily assets throughout the Denver Metro area, assisting in the production of offering memorandums, performing underwriting analysis for all asset classes, and staying up to date with the local and national real estate market. Here at Capital Property Group, his focus remains the same while Paul continues to originate new clients as well as maintain existing relationships.
